Posts under custom category/taxonomy isn’t appearing

    Hi,

    My website has a category archive page which is called Knowledge Center but when you choose from “View by Category” none of them are working. None of the posts under the categories/taxonomies are appearing on the category archive page.

    Let me know if you need a more specific explanation or a temporary account to check the site yourself.

    are these categories just the standard “category” taxonomy that comes with WordPress out of box? or is it custom taxonomy?

    Also is this knowledge center being powered by a different plugin, or is it just something you’ve set up on your own and coded the “view by category” drop down on your own?

    Thank you so much for the response.

    It seems like these category/taxonomies were created through Custom Post Type UI however the knowledge center page and “view by category” drop-down was custom coded by one of our old developers.

    Noted, though doesn’t necessarily help debug why queries aren’t working at the moment. CPTUI handles the registration and makes them available, but as you note, the rest was handled custom, so I have no way of pointing in the right direction.

    At best I could at least hopefully determine where the issue is. Actually fixing the custom code, especially if that part is going to be a complex task is definitely above and beyond what I can provide for support here.
