Read tracking number from order notes

Hey everyone,

So, I’ve got an e-commerce site using Woocommerce, and I’m trying to see if I can allow for tracking numbers for my orders to be sent to my customers in the Order Complete email- but I have somewhat of a unique situation.

I’m using the Stamps.com integration. Not the one that allows me to print shipping labels from INSIDE WordPress- my orders get sent to Stamps.com, where I can print shipping labels, and then Stamps.com talks back to the WordPress site and marks my orders as complete. This workflow works fine, orders get sent to Stamps and orders get marked as complete on WordPress properly.

However, the tracking number is only sent to Woocommerce via an order note, then the order is marked as complete automatically when a label is printed in Stamps.com. How can I take this information from the notes and include it in the Order Complete email?

Is there some kind of code snippet or something that I can use to take that order note and put it into the Order Complete email? Ideally, it’d just copy the tracking number, but if the whole note needs to get copied that’s okay as well.
