On Monday I felt good about creating a basic blog page and entered the world of blogging for the first time.

NOW – I want to start using WordPress to create a commercial photography web site (maybe with a blog). But when I go to WordPress.com, I am immediately presented with the blog I have already created – but I don’t want this. I want to start a whole new, unrelated project.

How do I literally ‘start again’ to create a new web site using WordPress and not have my blog page keep popping up?

PS – I put version 2.9 up there but it could be lies – how does one know what version?

  • you would know that info if you were using www.ads-software.com self hosted software, which is what this forum is for

You are using wordpress.com hosted software which has their own forum
    https://en.forums.wordpress.com/

but…as a hunch…if you log out of your blog, then go to wordpress.com, you probably won’t go directly to your blog
