Linking a Navigation menu item to external URL

I am new to WP, a little less than a year, so I hope I don’t sound like a fool asking this.

I just finished converting my main site to a WP CMS. https://www.timage.com It and my blog https://www.theatlantaweddingphotographer.com both use the same template. My original brilliant idea was to have a link in my main page nav bar to my blog to make it easy to find from my main pages. I thought I could do it by using a redirection plugin, not so much luck there, they all (far as I can tell) just do redirection within WP, not to external URLs. I have also tried redirecting through my host control panel, no luck. Is there a plugin, hack, or other option to get this done? Or, am I out of luck?
