Pro Version – Products not exporting

    I have the connection with Google Sheets working.

    Existing products in WooCommerce do not sync to Google Sheets.

    Updates to existing products in Woo do not sync to Google Sheets.

    Existing products exported into Google Sheets, and then synched, produce BLANK NEW products in WooCommerce with new ID numbers.

    New products in Google Sheets, and then synched, produce BLANK NEW products in WooCommerce with new ID numbers.

    Your product has fantastic potential but I have no way to troubleshoot this problem. Basically, nothing is synching in either direction.

    Obviously the connection is working because synching products from Google Sheets does produce new products in Woo, with new ID numbers, but all product fields are blank even though I am using the exported Woo CSV as the template in Google Sheets.

    Also, I changed status from ‘draft’ to ‘published’ and plugin says it exported to line 38 in Google Sheets (which is the next empty row), but no data was actually exported. Line 38 remains blank in Google Sheets Products Page

    I also created a new Google Sheet and updated the ID in your plugin. Export Synch to new spreadsheet just says nothing ‘no products found to synch-back’ although there are plenty of products in Woo.

    Thanks for using Google sync, can you please make sure you have Google sync both at latest version of 2?
