Confirmation of Cancellation not received

Hi,
I have the same issue reported in the support forum some time ago re Confirmation of Cancellation.Admin and the e-mail address registered for an event receive the confirmation e-mail correctly from the autoresponder.
But when a registered person tries to:
1. Register again to the same event there is no error displayed saying “you are already registered for this event”. They are NOT allowed and this is set correctly in the general setting. A confirmation e-mail is sent out again to both Admin and e-mail address registered.
(The event list only registers the person once which is good).2. Confirmation of Cancellation notice on screen or via e-mail not received. This is confusing as both Admin and e-mail address registered simply receive the Thank you for register e-mail from the autoresponder.
(The event list ticks the check box for canceled and makes the spot available which is good).To see the form You need to Log-in:
