Google shows images instead of Post

Recently Google started to show featured images instead of the post.
The URL in Google after a search for “Renault het automeisje” is:
https://www.hetautomeisje.nl/rijtest-renault-megane-r-s-trophy-r/automeisje-x-renault-megane-rs-trophy-r/
It should be: https://www.hetautomeisje.nl/rijtest-renault-megane-r-s-trophy-r/Why is this?
Is this Yoast?
Or canonical, or the sitemap, or the fact that it doesn’t have robots.txt)
In Yoast the Redirect attachment-URLs to the attachment is set to NO.
Other Search engines don’t make that mistake.
