    Hi,
This problem happens after a user has received the password reset link to /my-account/lost-password. When a user tries to reset his/her password and click the Save button nothing happens.

I found out that they first must choose a password that is strong enough (in our case medium), then the save button work. No error message, no hint is present.

Why is not the strength-meter present? It should be optimal for the user to see when they have reached the level of strength. Or at least some error or message. We can’t expect all our users will understand why the save button is not working.

    This site has no WooCommerce.

    Best regards!

    Hi @treetex

    Thanks for writing in,

There shows an error if the password strength is not met. Would you please provide me the registration URL of your site? I will check and let you know further details.

    Thanks!

    Hi @saroj

At the registration page and at the my-account page where users can change their password themselves it’s working fine. The page where it is not working is the page users have been given as a link in the email when they claim for a password reset. As mentioned above, real URL is: /mitt-konto/lost-password (and bundled with the unique key of course)

I guess there will be problem for you to see the actual page with no account. If you need I can let you create an account and then yourself try to reset the password by the “Lost password” function. I will need to know which email you will use then (admin approval).

    Our registration URL is: https://sandbankarna.se/skapa-konto/

    Best regards!
