Maximum of orders per Timeslot

It would be great if there was a function that could limit orders by time. For example, we receive a lot of orders for Sunday noon at 11:30 a.m. Now it happens that overnight more than 10 orders are received for this time, then our business is overloaded. Is there a way to limit the number of orders per timeslot?

Or another variant, if we had the option of suggesting a different time when accepting the orders via the smartphone app, the problem would also be solved. For example, the customer orders for 11:30 am and I can change the time to 11:45 am in the app, the customer is automatically informed by email.
