Experiencing an error while placing an order

  • I am getting an error everytime I place an order on my online store. It states “An error occurred while getting the redirect url from Zip.” Please help me to fix this issue.

    Hi @synapseworldwide1

    This error message usually cause by incorrect Merchant Private Key to your environment, for example production API key used to sandbox, or sandbox API key used in production, could you double check if API key is the correct one?
