    Sorry, I can’t provide a link for this topic. I’m currently working on the Woocommerce Event Manager plugin on a local environment.

    When I create a new Event, there is an EventIs Virtual textarea option under Settings. It says that any information I put in EventIs Virtual will be sent to “buyer with confirmation email”. I have tested to buy an event and got a confirmation email, but I don’t see this information in there. How do you set this up in an email notification? Correct me if I’m wrong, is the settings for the confirmation email on the Email Settings under Events Settings. I looked there, but I don’t see an option or a hint to place EventIs Virtual info.

    Actually, I’m not getting a confirmation email at all. Sorry about that.. I did check both check box in the Email Settings: Processing and Completed.

    I did get both the PDF email and the Thank You For Your Order email from Woocommerce, but not confirmation email from Woocommerce Event Manager.

    I’ve found my problem. No need to investigate on this. All of my order status were on processing, but once I’ve gotten them on ‘completed’ status I was able to get the confirmation email along with EventIs Virtual information.
