Custom call to actions on shop page

Hi!.. I have an interior decor website for which I need to add call to actions on the shop page, in between products, Please check this reference : https://ilightyou.ae/indoor-lighting.html
As you can see there are custom text blocks in between products, after every alternate rows. I need to have something like that on my woo shop page. How can I implement that? Is there any default feature which I can use or any plugins that can be used? Please help! Attached screenshots for your reference.
