plugin page broken

Hi, my plugin page suddenly doesn’t work. it is visible only if i’m logged
like admin https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/lightbox-2-wordpress-plugin/
i had this page from 2 years and i don’t changed anything
and if i click the donwload https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/lightbox-2-wordpress-plugin.2.0.3.zip is not found.
i wrote many mail to wordpress but nothing…
what is the problem? sorry for my english
