Sometimes Extra Fee is not applied

    Hi, I use this plugin on my ecommerce and i noticed that sometimes extra fee is not applied for no apparent reason.
    I use to charge €4,00 of extra fee an all orders with COD selected.
    How can I go deeper in order to find the bug? I cannot reproduce the error because it only occurred 36 times out of 11000 total (COD) orders in the last 2 years.
    In order to resolve this issue i can surely buy the PRO version if needed.
    Any help is appreciated

    Hi!

    This happens when the customer tries to pay with another payment method and fails. Then he selects cod. It is a known WooCommerce issue.

    And yes, PRO version solves this.
