Site CSS is not being applied

    my web server is a redhat 9.0, apache and php is default install with redhat,but after I put the wp files to the web site , the workstate computer can open the webpage,but can not display style.
    please look it https://210.53.31.139.
    could you tell me if I have any module not install in my web server ? or it need any more ?

    um.. your server is way too slow for me to even look at.. just keeps loading and loading…

    I agree, your server is very very very slow. From what little I was able to see, your site is calling wp-layout.css from https://cappuccinos.512j.com/wp-layout.css . Is that where the actual file is located?

    thanks everyone!!
    I have solved it .
    after I put all files of wp to the website,I want to use the old database,so no create a new database ,that the style can not display correct.
    now I make all a new. all is right.

    I find it ,if you move webpage to a new site,database not change.
    you need modify the table wp-options of database ,change all siteURL to new one.
