Changing subdomain to subdirectory

    We have a subdomain on our site (handmadegiftshow.urbancraftuprising.com) that we would like to convert to a subdirectory. Here are the questions I have:

    1) Am I able to create a new WordPress installation in the subdirectory, so that /handmadegiftshow can function as its own site, with its own navigation and subpages, separate from the main urbancraftuprising.com site?

    2) If yes to above, will I be able to install a different theme on this subdirectory?

    3) What are the steps to do this, and how would I delete the subdomain handmadegiftshow.urbancraftuprising.com when I’m done? Or would it make more sense for SEO purposes to just leave it as-is and have it redirect to urbancraftuprising.com/handmadegiftshow?
