    Following the Woocommerce Upgrade – the pay now / submit payment button is not appearing on the Checkout page.

    We have checked that all settings are correct, and also deleted the Payfast Plugin, and then reinstalled, and reactivated, but still having the problem.

    We have been in touch with Payfast and the could not assist and recommended that we be in touch with you, as you developed the plugin for them.

    Would appreciate your soonest assistance as this is holding up sales.

    Hi @gelske.

    When I tested your checkout, I saw a 404 error from Google Tab Manager in the browser console but no other issues. Could you check if there are any fatal error logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

    You can also enable Debug Logging in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayFast and then try the checkout again to see if a PayFast debug log gets created in WooCommerce > Status > Logs with any useful error messages. Instead of pasting the log directly here, first paste it to Pastebin or Gist. Then return to this thread and paste the link to that file here.

    Also, please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.

    Hi @gelske. Thank you for the reports. You’re right that there is no helpful information there. If I understand correctly, debug logging is enabled for PayFast but there are no PayFast logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs when you click on the dropdown, is that right?

    In that case, the next step is conflict testing using this guide.
