Support refuses to answer

Support has been ghosting me for over a month.
I’ve been a ManageWP customer for years. We have a lot of clients on their paid services. However, support now refuses to answer any of my requests. I received some really bad answers about a technical issue they refuse to acknowledge. Once I asked to speak with a supervisor they just ignore all ticket requests. This has been going on for months. Honestly, you should expect nothing less from GoDaddy.
