Accepted Estimate gets incorrect inv. number. Unavailable Invoice?

Hi,
A couple of issues;
1 – When a customer accepts an estimate, and a draft invoice is autogenerated, it doesn’t comply with the normal invoice numbers and picks up the number of the estimate.
2 – My Invoice 86 is no longer available on my site… why is this?
