Things that don’t work in 2.9.2

    So far, the ‘edit’ button for the published status and everything in the ‘post tags’ function do not work for me (as in, they do not respond when clicked).

    I’m using WP 2.9.2 with Firefox 3.5.8.

    They both work in IE8.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Are you running Google Gears in Firefox?

    Just noticed that I haven’t replied to this…

    I haven’t tried deactivating all the plugins and reverting to the original theme, but given that it involves a bit of messing around, I think I’ll just stick to using WP in IE8.

    Yes, Google Gears is running in Firefox.
