Hi! That’s definitely an odd one.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I’ve seen this once or twice before, and when I did, it was related to the plugin Facebook for WordPress which makes it possible to track Facebook-related events on the site which are not directly related to WooCommerce. That’s a separate plugin from our extension Facebook for WooCommerce.

If you have that plugin and that’s not something needed for your site, you can delete the Facebook for WordPress plugin and hopefully continue setting up Facebook for WooCommerce according to our guide.

It is strange, I’ve used plugin lots of times on very similar site setups.
I do not have that pixel plugin installed.

Something we could try – I do see the SSL certificate is in place when I visit the site, but isn’t being picked up by WooCommerce/WordPress. Can you try following the instructions here:

* https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/ssl-and-https/#section-6

Go to Settings > General.
Update the WordPress Address and Site Address to include https://
Save changes.
