Does things no other plugin does!

I’m using this plugin to manage swim lanes for a Masters Swim Team. Due to Covid, we had to find a way to figure out our lane assignments.

I tried many other ways of doing this (other sign up plug ins, hotel booking plugins, calendars, etc.). I was pulling my hair out until I came across Volunteer Sign up sheets.

I was pretty quickly able to setup a system that allowed swimmers to reserve lanes. This has saved our swim coach hours of organizing and communications back and forth with members.

It’s not “absolutely perfect” because Stephen built it from another existing plugin, and also for his purposes for a PTA sign up sheet. But, it has many cool features and extras which are super useful. We use the reminders and the self-service aspect of being able to clear yourself from an assignment.

This awesome plugin was easy to configure and intuitive to use. I’ll be supporting Stephen’s development efforts on this plug in other add-ons.

EDIT: Our swim team made a feature request to Stephen to allow the sheets to be copied or rescheduled. Stephen added this feature within two days!! I can’t tell you what a great time savings this has been, since now we don’t have to clear and re-add everyone.
