Internal errore server file attached ver 5.4

  • Hello,
    I proceeded to update contact form 7 in 5.4 version and all the connected plugins (CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension; Contact Form CFDB7).
    At the moment the simple form on the Contacts page seems to work correctly, send the message and if the field is not filled it shows the message “One or more fields have errors”.
    While on the Sign Up page, where the form is a more complex where attachments are required to be uploaded, this happens:

    if I fill in all the fields correctly, I attach the required files, the form is sent successfully.
    if I fill in all the fields, with errors, for example I enter a letter instead of a number, and I attach the required files, the form reports the error with the message “One or more fields have errors.”
    if I fill in all the fields correctly, and do not attach the required files after pressing “send” the wheel appears and stops, and in inspects you buy an Internal Error Server
    if I do not fill in any fields, but attach the required files, the message “One or more fields have errors” appears.
    if I do not fill in any fields, I do not attach any required file, the wheel appears and stops and the error appears.

  • On one of my sites I get the same ‘spinning wheel’ when attaching a file using the ‘multifile’ option in the form. A single file seems to work fine.

    The theme I am using is Blocksy Child.
The plugins I use together with CF7 are:
- CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension
- Contact Form CFDB7 (save my cf7 messages like a backup)
- MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress (checkbox that inserts subscribers in the Mailchimp list)
- WP Mail SMTP (to allow you to use gmail to send cf7 messages).

While the other plugins installed within the site are:

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, WP Mail SMTP and Elementor, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
