• Hi woocommerce team.

    I having an issue with product stock deduction.

    After my client place an order, payment for that order id was successful, i already check with my payment gateway.. but in inventory, the stock not automatically deducted and there was an error in order note.

    The errors appear:

    “Error during status transition” and “Payment complete event failed”

    Hi there,

    This looks like it’s linked to the payment gateway specifically. With this in mind, please do the following:

    • Confirm which payment gateway you’re using exactly;
    • Confirm whether inventory control takes place in WooCommerce or on the payment gateway side;
    • Share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**

    Hi RK

    I’m using Billplz integrate using Billplz for Woocommerce plugin.

    Before this all orders, payment process and inventory run smoothly.. after customer made an order and successfully made the payment, I can see stock automatically deducted in inventory (I saw in order status).

    How to know whether inventory control takes place in WooCommerce or on the payment gateway side? I just integrate payment gateway to Woocommerce as usual. And as usual, the stock level of the product have been set in Inventory section in woocommerce.

    And somehow, this error not take place to all orders. Only one order facing this problem. For time being this error happened on 5 Mac 2021 and only effected 1 order so far.

    For copy of status report, can I share it personally to you?
