• Hi,
I added the plug-in today and had a slight difficulty getting it to load at all, but finally I saw the recaptcha form and saved the page. However, when I went back the recaptcha part of the page only showed the label. I started again, from the beginning, and the same thing happened. It appears when first saved, but once used, the (new) form no longer displays it. Also, the form will not submit (of course) without it.

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Debbie

I generated a new recaptcha code which did not help in firefox. However, in Safari, it does seem to work each time, although I have to do that stupid identification test of corsswalks and streetlights. When it worked in firefox, I only had to check that I was human, but not run through a test.

    Hi there

The link posted doesn’t seem to have a form on it – please re-add the shortcode to the page so that we can take a further look for you?

Please note that the choice between validation of an ‘I’m not a Robot’ and the ‘Sidewalk identification checks are not done on our part and are generated by reCAPTCHA.

Hi, sorry. I had accidentally deleted it. Here is the short link:

Thanks so much for sharing this. Having a look at the page source, the HTML for the reCAPTCHA field doesn’t seem to be loading like it would normally. Would you be open to taking some screenshots of the field in the editor as well as the field’s settings so that I can take a further look?

    Thanks again.
