Home page has suddenly turned to posts?

    A client is having troubles with a site – it was working perfectly but now the home page has suddenly turned to posts.

    I’ve checked the Settings -> Reading and the Front page is set to Home, and the Posts are set to Blog, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

    Has anyone come across this before?

    Is it possible that the Home page has an assigned Page Template? Maybe pulling up the wrong one?

    I’m not sure how I would check for that? I downloaded all the page.php, index.php etc files but they all seem in order.

    I also tried a page restore on both the blog page and the home page but nothing… am really stumped.
