Hi,

When viewing the Analytics dashboard and drilling down into the “Total Sales” data I get presented with the total NET & Gross values which in most cases are identical, on one occasion if a refund has been issued the variance is the refunded value but not the with & without tax values calculated.

First seen with my own child theme for Porto theme but even when all plugins are deactivated and using the twenty twenty one theme with only the WooCommerce plugin activated I still see the same.

The values appear correct in the old “reporting” interface but not in the new Analytics interface on teh same platform.

Hi there ??

I would like to mention that in WooCoommerce, the Gross Sales are equal to the Sale price of the product(s) x quantity ordered, and this does not include refunds, coupons, taxes, or shipping.

And the Net Sales are equal to Gross Sales – Returns – Coupons.

So, in your case, if there are no returns or coupons used on your store so far, then the value displayed on Net Sales will be the same as the Gross Sales until one of those events happens.
