    Where is the customer management section? Being that its being sold as a CRM I expected that the tickets would be tied to a customer profile but I don’t see any way to add a customer?

    Hello @cyphergt, As described on the product page, this product is a helpdesk/customer ticketing system that helps to organize and manage Customer queries. With this help desk system, the end customers can raise a ticket and when logged in to the site they will be able to see the associated tickets that the customer has raised.
