Product Gallery keeps going on top and can’t add product images on it

If I am capturing this correctly, the gallery link on the edit product page isn’t sending you back to the top of the page and doesn’t allow adding images to the gallery via the expected lightbox.

In most cases, this issue is tied to a javascript error (since the lightbox is loaded via JavaScript, if there’s an error it can be impacted).

Is this issue can be the effect of outdated woocommerce or woocommerce plugins? Because I can’t see errors on console.
