Count data not updating on time

Hi
i created entry count on multiple forms and in front end its not updating on time
The admin user can see the count data quickly , but end user cannot see on time
is there any cron job behind this to show the data
even the web page refreshed its not updating on time

Any support to trouble shoot this issue is highly appreciated
