Trouble getting Hummingbird Performance Test Results

Does this only occur for Desktop results? In other words, does the Performance Test return results for mobile?

Can you share a link to the site you’re trying to run a test on? We can take a closer look and run some tests with external tools to see if the results can be replicated.

I am getting this exact same error on my site.
Happens for BOTH Desktop and Mobile test results.

I do understand the issue sounds similar, however, could you please open a new topic regarding this so that we could investigate the issue specifically for your website? You should be able to share your website URL privately if a new ticket/topic is created.

I had installed both Smush and Hummingbird and was having the same problem. I deactivated both plungins and reactivated hummingbird ONLY. That fixed the testing issue.

No idea why though.

Maybe it was a cache that got cleared when the plugins were deactivated? We aren’t able to replicate any such issue with both the plugins activated. In case you could replicate the issue again, would highly recommend opening a new thread so that we could check further regarding this.
