Invert the shipping and billing address

  • Hello,
    How can I invert the position of billing address field and shipping address field? Because I want the shipping fee calculated always with the shipping address. The shipping address should must be filled and it always displays indipendent from the checkbox. And at the same time the billing field set to be an optional field that whether it is filled or not, it doesn’t influence the calculation of shipping fee, and it hides when a checkbox just like “Ship to another address” is not ticked.

    Or if it possible that when the shipping fee is calculated, the shipping address remains but it doesn’t influence the calculation of the fee. fee is influenced only by billing address?
