All Entries Going to Spam

    Hi there,

    Firstly, thank you for creating such an awesome plugin – we love it!???

    Just a few days ago, the the Gravity Form on the following page – https://www.backtoearth.co.uk/specification-generator/ – began defaulting to the confirmation ‘thanks for getting in touch’ and we reached out to GF to learn more. They mentioned all of our entries were now being marked as spam and so we disabled your plugin and ran a test. The form worked as expected (sending users to confirmation pages via conditional logic).

    Have you got any suggestions as to what we could do to still use your plugin as before but ensure the entries aren’t marked as spam?

  • Also having the exact same issue: all new entries going to spam, users getting default confirmation message instead of the one set up through conditional logic.

    Seems to have started with 1.0.6 update on March 11.

    Disabling the plugin has solved the problem.

    I’m sorry about that! We fixed this issue in 1.0.7 (just released)—it was only affecting AJAX-enabled forms.
