Read before buying!!

  • Purchased plugin after reviewing information and instructions. Purchased the premium and it does not work. Contacted support for a refund and found that they do not offer refunds!!! What is wrong with WordPress for allowing this? I requested a refund within an hour of purchase, the state I live in and most US states have laws on refunds and within certain time they have to be issued!!

    @connect2000 We could not locate your ticket anywhere!. A negative review is not really a motivating factor to offer support or is not the right way of requesting refund. Please reach out to our PRO support forum or Live chat on wpencryption[dot]com and we will happily refund your full purchase if our PRO plugin cannot work on your site.
