UAG Template stuck on Import

Before I do, dumb question:

Do the templates only work in the Astra theme? If so, that’s my problem. The Template button shows in my theme, perhaps I shouldn’t click it.

Let me know! If it works in any theme I’ll open the ticket.

Yes, the UAG plugin will work with any theme! ??

Can you confirm if you have the latest “Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg” / “Starter Templates” plugin.

After that, please try to

1. Sync the library once.
2. Refresh the page
3. And try again.

And I think I figured it out from your answer. I didn’t realize there was a separate plugin for Starter Templates. The Starter Templates button showed up on the Page I was creating in WordPress and the templates appeared, but when I went to import one, it got stuck.

I found the Starter Templates plugin here: https://brainstormforce.com/products/ and uploaded it to my site, NOW I have access to the templates. Seemed to import fine.

Good to know. Tricky because the button existed even though the plugin with the templates wasn’t available.
