They sell non working software and then do not answer

I am very disappointed. I should have read the other feedback here so I could have saved money.

Here is my experience:

I bought the wpdownloadmanager ecommerce pack (digital store solution) for 149 USD. Included are many themes. At least this is what they say. But when I downloaded the pack, all themes were missing. I opened a ticket on their support forum. I would not get any real help. They asked me to send a mail to their support. I did, but got no answer. Because this project is time critical I spent another 59 USD on the theme pack. When trying to install, the theme pack does not work. The import xml file is very old, no links are working. The import fails and the homepage looks crushed, no graphics, no layout, no design. I tried with the Marketplace theme. I complained and the send me the old non working xml file again. I complained again but no answer. I contacted them by mail and on the forum again.

I also contacted W3 Eden directly over contact form on their page.

I asked them to solve these problems or I will contact the authorities in Chittagong, where their office is.

As no one has replied I will contact their local police office to file a fraud record.

Very sad, as they first made a good impression but all of this seems to be like a facade. Old, non working pieces of software sold for a lot of money. No maintenance, so service.

My advise is to stay away from them.
