    I’ve installed the plugin and configurated it some times. Now I want to delete the business in my manager but I can’t delete it because there is a user that I can’t delete in user system area.

    Before seeing documentation I didn’t know the process to delete correctly the plugin and all the things it syncronizes with my account, and now I’m not able to delete my business due to that user.

    Any idea how to do it?

    Yes, I followed the tutorial. The problem is before I found the documentation page, I started to delete users and connections by myself in the Facebook Manager, and I had different user created of some instalations. Moreover, I delete de APP before uninstall the plugin in WordPress, and when I tried it, a message shows that the uninstall has failed and try again.

    Now I can’t create a new connection and delete the user there is in the user system. I want to delete the business but I can’t. I’ve spend a lot of time trying it and I don’t know what to do ??

    If you haven’t already enabled debug logging, can you do that please? See Debug if you’re not familiar with how to enable that.

    After you’ve enabled that, can you press the “uninstall” link again and after you get the message that it has failed, retrieve the log file. This can be done under WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs. The log file will begin with “facebook_for_woocommerce” followed by a date, followed by some random letters/numbers. Select that from the drop down and press “view” what does that log file tell you about the failure?

    Well, at the end I could solve the problem using this topic: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cannot-reconnect-fb-for-woocommerce/

    I installed the plugin in order to reset the connection between the plugin and Fb. After that I uninstall again the plugin and then delete the app as the docs shows.

    Now is all working fine and I have a clean business. No several pixels and users in my business xDD
