I don’t know why some users say the plugin doesn’t work ?! They probably don’t have the patience to set the settings the right way. Everything is explained.

The only plugin you can customize to your liking. Custom fields, invaluable. Users can register in the Affiliate program while logged in to the site. This means that users do not need to have separate registrations.
