Problems with archiving and Sync users & sites

Thanks for creating this issue and sorry for running into problems.

Any chance you could share the entire output of the system report? It should be anonymised automatically but you can also send it to [email protected] if it’s a problem to post it here.

Is maybe one site configured to disable the cron, for example by having DISABLE_WP_CRON set to true in wp-config.php? It sounds like for some reason the WordPress cron is not triggered. Or some other plugin is always breaking during WP Cron so it doesn’t execute our plugin. Is it maybe possible to disable other plugins for a few hours to see if it’s maybe caused by a different plugin?

No, I don’t have DISABLE_WP_CRON in it.

@2candela2 sorry for the late reply. I haven’t been able yet to reproduce it. Is there any chance you can install a plugin to monitor WP Cron like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/ and see if any WordPress crons run at all or if others aren’t started as well?

After the wp-control I saw an error,

cURL error 7: Failed to connect to test.com port 443: Connection refused

I communicate with the system admin and now it is solved. the wordpress php cron was not working. It was a permissions problem (as many times in gnu-linux servers)

Now WordPress cron is working!!!

Tomorrow I will test with the system cron, but I think it will work (I hope).
