display the total number of products

I have a small problem with the order, maybe you know how to set.
I hope that the order in the background can display the total number of items.
When I buy two product A and three product B, Order will show Cost,Qty,Total.
Finally, order show the total price of product A and product B.
But what I want to see is the total number of goods, Like product A plus product B, there are 5.
Maybe you know how to set.

There’s a snippet in this thread here that you could use to add the total number/quantity of items in the order:
