simpTOC on a page with page breaks blocks

Hi – I have a very long page which needs to have the WP – page break – block to make it shorter (one for each “chapter”) – and at bottom of my page I see the Pages 1/2/3/4/…
The SimpleTOC has the “use absolute URLs” option enabled, and “smooth scrolling support” is turned off.
When I hover on the TOC items, it shows the paginated link …/#… but when clicking on it, it doesn’t jump to the page (doesn’t go anywhere else either).
What do you recommend I do so I have the TOC working correctly in the page?

SimpleTOC does work correctly on this page after Chapter 3 https://veg-geek.com/how-to-grow-microgreens-the-definitive-guide
It seems that you have manually added HTML anchors. Or a plugin was the culprit.
