Cash on Delivery Payment not working

    I have enabled Cash on Delivery payment function on my website but it is not appearing at the front end. Instead a notification that says “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    Is there a bug I need to know about?

    Hi @brandbuildup,

    Just to check, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Cash on Delivery > Manage
    and then check if you the field labelled Enable for shipping methods is blank.

    • If it it isn’t blank, you will want to clear the entries there and check if CoD is shown during checkout.
    • If the field is already blank, you will want to do a conflict test as explained here.

    Enabled for shipping methods is blank. I have also done a conflict test using default worpress theme and only woocommerce running as plugin. I have tested it with my browser incognito mode.

    It still doesn’t resolve the issue.

    Thanks for keeping the thread up.

    To take a closer look at your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
