• Hi,

    I have a problem with the YITH Gift card plugin.
    Since my last updates giftcards are not delivered to the recipient.

    Not after order is completed, not when i send the Gift card manually

    Order alerts are all ok.

    Updated all plugins
    Enabled Debug
    Tried to make a testorder with only Woocommerce and Giftcard plugins enabled

    No errors in the report.

    hope you are doing well! ??

    If no errors are appearing in the debug log and you can’t send them manually, the issue could be related to the email server, that is blocking the gift card emails for any reason.

    In this case, we suggest you contact with your hosting provider so they can take a look and check where is the problem.

    Another solution is using an SMTP plugin to configure the emails, usually, this solution solves the issues.

    Also, could you check if the email “YITH Gift Cards – Dispatch of the code” on “WooCommerce > Settings > Emails” is enabled, please?

    Hi Fran,

    Thanks for getting back to me.
    I tried the SMTP plugin…

    I can resend the giftcard I manually made but the giftcard ordered in the store not. So it’s half the solution i guess.

    Anything else i can check?

    The Email in woocommerce setting is enabled

    Hello there,

    You can try installing a mail log plugin and enabling debug mode in your site.
    Then do some tests involving gift cards.
    With this maybe you find an error when trying to send the email.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting back.
    I did enable debug mode and install a mail log plugin.
    It looks like everything is doing good in the log (sending emails) but only the woocommerce backend order confirmation mail to the customer and admin are sending.
