Move custom theme files to the plugin directory

I created a Custom Post Type, myCPT, with a plugin.

myCPT has its own archive (archive-mycpt.php) and its own single post (single-mycpt.php). The files are located in the theme folder as usual.

For the plugin portability, is it possible to move the custom files to the plugin directory?
