No emails are sent

    Hello VDZ team !

    We set up your plugin on our wordpress, but no email are sent to our team each time someone fulfill the form.

    We do have all entries written in Data, but nothing into our mailbox.
    Every other email options on our website is working well.

    Can you please help us understanding what is wrong about it ?

    Hi, Ben! I test your site and not found any errors in console. All emails are sent by standard function wp_mail.
    Maybe the queue of letters on the hosting hangs up or the mail() function does not work – this should be checked with those hosting support.
    You can also use sending emails via SMTP using the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
    But since there are no errors in the console, all my plugin code is working as expected. Perhaps the site has plugins installed that intercept the function of sending mail.

    Another possible thing: check your spam folder in your mail. Or turn off spam filtering on a hosting mailbox
