After following all of the steps on this page: https://wpplugin.org/documentation/contact-form-7-form-does-not-submit/ can you please let us know what version of PHP your website is running?

yes, i followed all the steps on the troubleshooting page and still nothing, the website is currently running php 7.4.16 with the latest version of wordpress and every related plugin is up to date

I am having the same issue at: https://oar3fall2021.org/registration-form/. I am running php v. 7.2 and the most recent version of CF7 with PayPal and Strip Pro addon. The form was working well, going through to PayPal and charging correctly until about one week ago. I have gone through the troubleshooting to no avail.

I also checked my https://oar3fall2021.org/raffle-donations/ form to see if it was having the same problem and it is — after having worked for more than a month.

No plugins have been added since the forms previously had been working. Please help- and thank you.

(wondering what happened to prior comments on this thread…)

@bethmarlatt you have a known incompatible plugin on your website, invisible recaptcha. Please review the troubleshooting again and disable any extra plugins- https://wpplugin.org/documentation/contact-form-7-form-does-not-submit/

@collinsasse- thanks for your reply! I believe you may have meant reCAPTCHA 3 integration- as there is no plugin per se for recpatcha. On your advice, however, I did remove the site keys from the integration tab in cf7.

I had looked at the page linked in your response (thanks again–) and looked for the redirect method to no avail. The redirect method I was unable to find using the image on the help page, but today finally found it by navigating thus: Contact Form 7 –> PayPal & Stripe Settings –> Other (tab named, “other”). I was incorrectly looking for it in the PayPal settings tab.

Anyway—after doing those things, clearing my cache and flushing my dns the forms still do not redirect to PayPal. Your further help is appreciated

I figured out what was happening: It wasn’t google recaptcha v3, and it was not the redirect method.

For anyone else struggling, The Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg Blocks (UAGB) plugin was the source of the conflict (as far as I can tell).

Thanks for following up with us on the trouble plugin. I’ll make a note to check into that plugin to see what the issue is.

@collinsasse I tried all the above instructions you gave to us. But still paypal redirection not happening, my form just showing the thank you message after submission.
this is my website link https://capionline.com/membership-purchase-1/

    Please help me with it.

@ajithsimon your website is working fine for me: https://share.getcloudapp.com/8Lub7O1E

@collinsasse I cleared browser cache wordpress cache but in Chrome its not working. Only in firefox its working.:(

@ajithsimon – I can’t reproduce the issue you’re having. Do you perhaps have a Chrome extension or something else causing issues? If it’s working in Firefox, it sounds like an issue with your Chrome install perhaps?

I am having the same issue as the OP, except that I get a stripe API error message ((Status 401) Expired API Key provided: sk_live_* ) at the top of the page !

I do not use stripe and none of the available stripe options are checked – all I want is PayPal

This issue occurs on both chrome and firefox, all caches were cleared and other troubleshooting done, but no success.

    Any ideas please ?

@collinsasse I tried without chrome extensions also, its not working. There’s some issue with this plugin. Now I have no other option except going with other plugin.
Hope you’ll resolve this in future.
    Thanks.
