Error in adding listing

dear team,

i have created one custom user role named “Head Member” with capability of author role, but when user of that role is trying to add listing from their account then they are getting error “Sorry! Something Wrong With Your Submission” on clicking submit listing. but when I’m changing role of that user from head member to author then submit listing is working properly. i can’t understand the exact problem.

Please help with the solution ASAP.
