    Hello guys,

Just wondering what’s the issue why the form doesn’t work whenever I put CSS Class that acts as a trigger

So we’re doing A/B Split Testing using Split Hero. To measure conversion rate, I need to add a CSS class. And I added it but whenever I do that, the form doesn’t work. Instead, it redirects to example.com/null

    Any suggestions?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @alygraphy,

Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce the issue. I tried adding a random additional class to the form using my browser dev tools, and it seems to have registered me successfully.

I imagine the problem is either some issue with malformed html, or the javascript we use for ajax submissions is not able to find some necessary information (or otherwise prevented from executing). It would be difficult to diagnose further without witnessing it fail.

Let me know if you can provide any more information and I’d be happy to help.

    Thanks,
    Jon

    Hi @jpowersdev ,

    Thanks for replying!!

I have a feeling it has something to do with Split Hero. Since when I removed their CSS class, it worked again. I feel like it’s interfering with the ajax. I am asking their support in their side and see how it turns out. For now, I’l leave this open and wait for their response.

    Thanks again! I appreciate it.

    Hi @alygraphy,

Works for me! Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks,
    Jon
