Unable to Edit Listings and Support Have Gone Silent

When i create a listing, view the preview and then click ‘Edit’ I am presented with a page that only has the privacy policy tickboxes on it. So the entire listing form is missing. This makes it impossible for any user to edit a listing. Most users will hit this issue, so it is currently rendering a large section of our site unusable.

This also happens when you click on edit listing from the dashboard.

I’ve raised this with support over two weeks ago and although they were great in fixing another issue, I have so far had no acknowledgement at all from them about this particular issue and they have gone completely silent on me, leaving me in a terrible situation.

Its a shame, as the plugin is great and the support was initially great, but now its just radio silence and I’m left to fend for myself with a broken plugin.

I really don’t want to remove this plugin, but if this cannot be resolved, i will sadly be forced to uninstall this great looking plugin and seek out another one, just because of this seemingly smalll but fundamental issue, wasting months of my time setting this up and styling it etc. That would be such a shame.

So ultimately, please can someone from support respond to me?
