    The plugin is capturing abandoned carts, and the system is saying email has been sent… we also receive emails successfully when sending a test email.

    But the auto email is not being received, I have tested various emails incl gmail and there is nothing in spam either.

    Do you have any advice on what to check here?

    Can you please check the email logs in the WP Mail SMTP plugin?

    Is there any error due to which emails are not sending?

    Also, can you please make sure if the email address is correct?

    Is there a way to re-send the missed emails after it says sent?

    Hello @jojojijijojo,

    You can reschedule the emails once for that customer. It will reschedule the all-active recovery email sequence. You can not schedule a specific email.
